extracts are complex natural, vegetable food products
whose dry matter contains approximately 90% carbohydrates
with about 50 trace nutrients. Upper Canada’s
standard line of hopped and unhopped malt extracts
includes Stout Hopped Extract, Dark Ale, Amber Ale
Lager Malt and Wheat Malt. They have been developed
to cover a broad range of flavour, colour, sweetness,
